In recent years, Mark’s ministry focus has become deeply personal. Having battled depression, anxiety, and seasons of struggle in his own Christian life, he has developed a heart for encouraging struggling believers. Through those experiences, he has discovered that while the Christian life is not always easy, it does not have to be as heavy or complicated as we often make it. He believes lasting balance is found in returning to the simplicity that is in Christ—anchored in God-given truth and guided by practical, common-sense faith.
Mark is a Business Development Liaison for Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky (HPC) in Owensboro, KY. He sings Gospel music whenever he has the opportunity. Also, he serves as a Christian content creator on YouTube, where he teaches the Bible with a clear, practical, and down-to-earth approach. His goal is not to impress, but to encourage—helping everyday Christians live faithfully without burnout, guilt, or extremes.
He holds an Associate’s Degree in Microsoft Support Engineering from Daymar College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Biblical Exposition from Andersonville. His ministry journey has included over two decades of service in local churches, evangelistic work, pastoral leadership, and chaplaincy with Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky, where he served families with compassion until 2022.
When he’s not studying Scripture or creating content, Mark enjoys Southern Gospel music, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, the Dallas Cowboys, and the St. Louis Cardinals—and relaxing with his hobby of coin collecting.
